Mr Rooter has quickly responded each time I have called them concerning my residential sewage ejector basin. Blake has been here before and knew exactly the combination of checks (electrical, system blockage, system components check, etc.) He identified the failed part and went to the shop and returned quickly and fixed the problem in a very short timeframe. Thank you Mr. Rooter for Blake that provided courteous and efficient service at a reasonable price.

Was out of town when a neighbor called to let me know I had a major water break and had turned my turned the water off at the street. Called Mr Rooter when I got back to the house the next day at about 2:00. Cody showed up first and assessed the problem. The break was somewhere up the hill. Cody, Jake, and Michael found the break and fixed it by 7:30. This enabled me to sleep in my house and get a shower before some face-to-face business meetings the next day. Thanks to the team!

Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind words, glad to know that we got everything working for you. We appreciate your business.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners writing reviews keep coming back to speed. One technician came out on a Sunday, another reached the house within three hours of the call, and a third fetched a part from the shop and still finished the repair quickly. The named jobs sit on the septic and drain side of the work. Blake traced a failed part in a sewage ejector basin and had the fix done fast. James, whose drain lines another plumber had blamed for the trouble, describes how Carlos chose to "blow the line out with water pressure" rather than dig up the yard, then found the real problem was a valve installed backwards.
