We originally contracted Hornick to dig a new septic for an addition to our property and was told it would take 1-2 months max to get the permits needed. After about 3 months, I set up a call only to find out they were waiting for another houses perk test, which we had been told would be done at our expense and our property. Then I asked if they were removing the cost of a perk test (around $2000) from our bill since it was not being done on our property, to which they agreed. I then set the expectation we would be updated weekly on the progress which they did for about 3 weeks.

Horrible! During inspection of septic for sale/purchase of home failed to put on filter. Returned 2 weeks later and put the filter on the inlet side instead of the outlet side. This caused sewage backup into the house and flooding. Company refuses to respond nor return emails or calls. Do NOT USE!

    Response from the owner

We did respond, Our insurance Company has been taking care of you. Inconsistencies in your claims has caused my insurance company to investigate further.
