Milo and Spencer plus the office lady I spoke to, I think her name is Sierra. Incredible. I can only imagine him amazing they are in real life. Without employees like them a company like this doesn’t stay afloat.

First time I called them, I was impressed at how fast they were able to come out and fix the problem. I called on Wednesday afternoon, they were there first thing Thursday morning. The technician, Hermilo, was friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend them.

We were needing to replace our septic tank due to poor manufacturing when our house was built in 2005. I contacted another local septic tank service. They were totally unfriendly, uncooperative and were not helping with a solution that worked for us. I contacted B.J. Wakefield (HomeField) in hopes we would get better service and a solution that would work. We couldn't be happier! They worked with us, found a great solution to get another type of tank install and in a location we wanted. We are so happy and blessed we found HomeField to help us with our needs!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers describe crews that move fast and technicians who explain the job. Judy writes that her pump was replaced the same Friday afternoon she called, and Patrick went from a Wednesday afternoon call to a Thursday morning visit. Jane's system was "up and running in 20 minutes" after the crew arrived, and Patrick credits Hermilo with taking time to explain everything.

Local Ground

Around Waxahachie, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Waxahachie city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A failing system forces one decision: correct what is in the ground or start fresh with a new installation. This company works both sides of that line, and one question on the phone, whether the current system can be corrected or has run its course, will shape everything that follows.
