    We had drainage with downspout and sump pump tie in done and small patio area installed. Very happy with the results and the entire experience dealing with Chance and his crew. From initial visit for quote throughout completion communication and service was outstanding. Will definitely have them out again for any future projects.

    Hartwell Site Solutions, for the second time, has done a tremendous job at my house. They recently installed a new patio for my fire pit and chairs. The job required a lot of creative thinking and skills to connect the new patio to an existing walkway, while managing the challenges of a sloped grade. Chance and his team rose to the challenge to deliver an outstanding patio that looks great and it feels that it had always been there.     Chance fixed what another company could not. He was professional throughout, communicative, fast, and knowledgeable. He provided options and guidance to best address a drain issue, repaired underground piping , and installed a new dry-well. He also provided recommendations to make sure we did not have the same issue in the future. Would definitely recommend!

    Chance has done two projects for us. From these projects we've learned he has a good ‘eye’, clearly articulates what he's planning to do, shows up when he said he would, and is willing to do mid-project tweaks. He has never ghosted me before, during or after the work is done. All for a fair price. If we have another project, I would call him immediately and skip the hassle of trying to get 3 quotes. The first project was a walkway from our driveway up to the stoop on a newly added bump out.
