Slims and Berthiaume in Charlton have pumped my septic many times and it has always been a great experience. They are very quick to respond every time I have called for service. One time I was particularly impressed because not only did they come right out, they also quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. No hard up sell, no runaround, just straight forward work at a very fair price. I also really appreciate that they are a locally owned business. One time I called with a question and wound up talking to the owner and didn't even realize it at first.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate you! We strive to provide the best service possible from the time the call comes in to the service request and beyond! Thank you for trusting us!

Wonderful family owned business. Can't say enough good things about this company. Jason B was able to remedy our horribly clogged sewer line after another company couldn't. Thanks Slims & Berthiaume Sewer Service. Outstanding job!!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for trusting in us and our services! Jay is one of the best! We appreciate you!
