We had a leak show up on the exterior of our cottage. Turned out to be a pipe running down from the on demand water heater. Jason, with Gillis Plumbing showed up a few hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe and was done in an hour. Jason was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Having quick, competent service is very appreciated when running a vacation rental. Thank you!

Today the driver was horrible. We were crossing the crosswalk at Adams and Austin with the right away. Driver did not wait and continued to drive towards my wife and baby in the stroller.

    Response from the owner

We take driving safety very seriously and we apologize that one of our drivers failed to meet our company's expectations. We encourage you to contact the office in the future with complaints so we can follow through with the appropriate disciplinary actions.

Absolutely call Gillis if you have a plumbing issue! Matt is thorough, knowledgable, friendly and does fantastic work! Not only did he quickly fix my immediate issue, he cared enough to point out a future issue and give me pointers on how I could take care of it myself if I wanted to take a crack at it! 100% will be calling him and his team again in the future, I will not be calling anyone else!
