We signed a contract with Gabe on July 28th, and told us he would have our septic completed the fallowing week. We wrote him a $4,000 dollar check the day the contract was signed, for the permit and parts. On the 5th of September we took him up on his offer to refund our $4,000 because he kept promising to have it completed within a few days and every time he would come up with an excuse. We still have not received our refund and will take 2-3 days to respond to our request for an update on the refund, always with an excuse as to why he hasn’t sent the check or responded.

I really appreciated Gabe’s great attitude when tackling our huge job. We had to get a septic installed and find a solution for our pretty complicated yard a lot of trees and buried lines out in the country. It took a little time, but he got the job done! We are extremely grateful.

You can't count on him at all. He's a good talker but he has no customer service at all. Due to freezing weather, his wife's illness and his wife's mother passing away we were patient and understanding but all those things happened here and there over 3 weeks. He had plenty of days he could have completed job. He even showed up one day but unprepared to complete the job. He continuously made appointments with us and never showed and never had the courtesy to call and let us know he wasn't coming. At the end he even said he would do it for free! Never showed and never called😡
