    this rating pertains to to Lenny who came and service our Septic tank. Lenny was unfamiliar with our system, but he was very persistent, professional, and communicated with the The support team and was able to complete the pumping service successfully. in the past, we had technician on site as well who would check control panel. I have not received the report yet, so I’m not sure what the Service that was included the price was carried out other than the actual pumping of the tank.

    Good luck with this company. You will have better communication talking to a watermelon. Every call goes to their customer service reps and then goes nowhere after that. Alot of empty promises from sales reps/team members. Employee turnover is extremely high showing that this company is unreliable and/or difficult to work for. No matter what I would find a different company to deal with your issues to save yourself the headache and stress!
