    Our sewer line was clogged, when Tek arrived and surveyed the problem he explained very clearly how he was going to solve our problem and what the cost was going to be. He tried to remove the cap on the clean out but after being there for approximately 40 years it would not budge so he removed the toilet and worked from there. The young man was very polite and knowledgeable and did a good job in solving our problem. It was getting late on Sunday afternoon so when he was done we told him we would clean up but he insisted on doing it and did a good job.

    The whole team was great! From the time I called, someone was at our house within an hour to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. They were able to come back the next day and finish all the work. Everything is working great, looks clean and was professionally and efficiently done!     I would definitely recommend this company I called and they scheduled me for the next day. They actually called back and they were here within 30 minutes. Alex installed my new toilet and was very professional, Thorough and knowledgeable. I will be calling them If needed in the future. Thank you!
