Ryan and team replaced the leech field at my home. After the job was completed, and I had paid in full I received a certified letter stating a lien had been placed on my home due to Ryan not paying one of his subcontractors. This is legal in the state of Idaho even though I have no control over who Ryan uses. I would use a more ethical contractor.

Ryan installed our septic system for a new build. He insisted on installing early in the project before the home was built.the system has failed because it is set too high and doesn’t flow properly. When I contacted him to make him aware of the problem, he said he would be out the following day as he was working on Mc Call which was code for not coming. That is the excuse he gave for our entire project which he made a disaster. The repair is 13k. Would love to have this adressed before going to an attorney. Do the right thing Ryan. I would never reccomend him.
