    Called to see if they serviced rafting toilets (groovers) and they said yes and seemed knowledgeable on the phone. I drove across town and when I arrived they were very against helping in any way and told me to go elsewhere. Save time and go elsewhere from the beginning.

    This is a joke. I was scheduled to have the porta potty cleaned on Thursday. I called the day before, Wednesday morning and asked if it could be cleaned sooner because it was already smelling pretty bad. It is now Friday evening and THEY STILL HAVENT CLEANED IT. I’ve called them at least 10 times and they keep saying someone will be here soon. It’s at clients house, it smells so bad, it’s so embarrassing, and it reflects so poorly on me. I was just told the truck broke down so someone will be here tomorrow morning. This is completely ridiculous. I keep asking for another truck.
