F & J Septic Tanks and Services in TX

Contacted F&J Septic Services yesterday, about mid morning. The person I spoke with was very helpful in answering some questions I had about the system currently installed these past 28 years at my home. I had gotten other estimates before contacting F&J, but F&J were the ones that said they could come out in the morning to do the work. They showed up before the stated time. The crew that came were very professional, courteous, and I was consulted at various times as the work progressed.

I made an appointment for a septic inspection and no one showed up or called. When I called I was hung up on when he realized who I was. Do not use.

I'm about to write this review with a heavy heart with what just happened i had someone else come out "wont mention any names" before I called f&j, they told me a price over the phone to clean out (2) 500 gallon tanks and I agreed, upon getting here and starting he upped the price another 200 dollars to dig another hole cuz he couldn't find the 2nd one, then tells me it might be more than 1000 gallons total so I'll have to add more on top, I also asked the 1st guy how much to run new septic and runoff incase my runoff is no good he quoted and promised me it wouldn't go over 6500, we had a disagreement on the 200 for 2nd hole to find lid and he got upset and left, Now here's where I called f&j. F&J quoted me 100 dollars less than the 1st guy to clean it out, had trouble finding 2nd tank, did not mention once he would have to add more to find 2nd tank, and guess what I had him quote me all new tanks and runoff he said about 3400 dollars, that's 3,100 less than the original guy that came out... These guys came and did an excellent job, cleaned up properly and were very respectful and Informative as I am with my customers... Thank you again for literally helping me with my crap...

Felix and his team were very professional and did great work in fixing our septic tank/drain issues. Very thankful to him and his team.

This guy's are professional. I was having problems with the over Flow lines on My two septic tanks and they came in and took them about four hours to install New lines. Not only that they left everything as it was. I highly recommend them.
