Septic Services in Kerrville

Quoted from the website of Environmental Systems Maintenance, read 15 Sept 2026.

Every acre of the rated ground around Kerrville is very limited for a septic drain field, and the usual reason is that water leaves the soil too slowly. On ground like that, the individual lot decides a lot about any new drain field.

The worst of the worst. Claim that they do an inspection but don’t - just take your money, and then fill out a form saying they inspected it. It’s called running a con. When the alarm goes off after the inspection, they come back out after said “inspection” and say the system needs to be cleaned - oh yeah, nothing weird about that - but why wasn’t that in the report when it just passed said inspection?. When I called back to ask why does it need to be cleaned out? - I got the wife - An indignant rude woman who can’t let another person speak. I could ask no question without her talking over me.

I’ve used them for three years. I’ve had two problems during that time and they fixed them within 24 hours. I like them and recommend them to my friends.

I called to inquire if they knew why we were getting a septic inspection from the county. The woman on the phone was aggressive and argumentative when I was only asking for information. She was raising her voice and that is when I told her to cancel our service. She told me ," No. Have your husband call my husband." I laughed at this point and told her to just cancel our service and hung up. I still don't know what triggered her. I would never ever recommend this service provider for Anything!

Environmental Systems is an outstanding company. I called them on a Saturday because our high water alarm was going off. They're closed. I left a msg & was pleasantly surprised that they called back within a few minutes. We figured out issue over phone, I've changed my laundry routines & no more issues.
