    Installed a replacement septic system due to the old one being out of compliance. Top notch work would highly recommend to anyone. Tony and Jessica were personally on site the entire duration of the project. The initial quote was exactly what they charged when finished. It took 3 days from start to finish(exactly as they stated in the quote)and the site looked almost better than when they started. They took extra care with my long driveway to not crack anything with all the loads of material. They were extremely responsive when I had any questions.

    Terrible Service. I asked for a Septic System Design. They came out said they had the design ready and were going to send it over to me. They didn’t. I asked again. They said they’d send it over that night. They didn’t. Just back and forth of me asking and them not following through. I guess they don’t want my money or my project haha. Oh well, onto another company! Post company response: I have text messages with Jessica to prove it. Definitely not lying. Also, Not trying to hurt your company just giving an honest review

    Why did you request a bid from us for your install if it was such terrible service? Don't ever contact us again. Treated Jessica like garbage, and was completely trying to dominate the situation while she was on site. Sad when people try to use there masculinity against my wife to get a different result. Shame on you. Not trying to hurt our business, what a lie. Get a life.

    So, according to statements of his mentor/trainer (which I do believe to be true), the quality of the work that they/he does really makes me wish I could submit 5 stars; unfortunately, my experience cannot afford that. I am putting in the number of stars that I am because we experienced our first septic emergency since Dad died [and we probably would have agreed to whatever you recommended based on the diagnostic rendered], I called his listed work line & left a message.

    Never did business with this person. We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. clearly stated on Google! NOT at 9:32 p.m. and again at 9:34 p.m. Clearly stated on Google is our business hours hasn't changed in years. Does not say 24 HR. Then reviews like this happen with no ground to stand on! Keep America Great!
