We have been using Crust Busters for 17 years, and they never disappoint! Their customer service is top-notch! They always take the time to thoroughly educate us on their products so we know exactly what we’re getting and how to use it effectively. Most importantly, they truly stand behind their products and work. It's rare to find a business this reliable and dedicated to their customers. Highly recommended!

Needs to be built better for spending almost $1,700. A regular house hold weed wacker breaks less than this thing..

    Response from the owner

Hi Nate, we’re sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your Crust Buster. The Crust Buster is built for heavy-duty septic and waste applications, and many units remain in service for years. We’d like to better understand the problem you’re experiencing and determine whether a repair, replacement part, or operational issue may be involved. Please contact us at hello@crustbusters.com so we can assist. Thanks!

I am very upset with this company!! we had purchased a crust buster for $1600.00 and can not get them to call us back at all. We have been waiting for an email with shipping info.. NOTHING!!! I can't believe we have lost $1600.00 for NOTHING, money does not grow in trees, we have to work very HARD for what money we have... I really hope you are HAPPY with yourselves... I HATE that I had to give you any stars.. Shame on this company!!!!!!!!!!!

Every pumper needs a Crust Buster! Spend a few minutes running the smoothie maker before you get to pumping and you'll have fewer clogs/no need to back flush. Plus you're offering a better service to your customers by actually getting the sludge off the bottom when you're agitating the wastewater with the Crust Buster. It'll pay itself off immediately!
