Element Systems turned what was a nightmare septic system issue into something we could manage. The staff and workers were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dondi kept us well informed throughout the entire process, including the costs and expected time frames. In the end, their final cost was $13,000 lower than all the other quotes we received. We are so grateful to Element Systems for being there for us and making a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you, Element Systems!

I once thought this was a great business of wonderful people. After overhearing how they speak about their customers when they forgot to properly hang up our call I am APPALLED. Truly disappointed.

    Response from the owner

We are very sorry to hear this. We take pride in treating our customers with respect, and it's disappointing to learn that your experience left you feeling otherwise. Running a service business can be stressful at times, but that's never an excuse for customers to feel disrespected. We value our customers and appreciate the trust they place in us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can address it with our team.

Recently we changed our Septic System spray system from spray to lateral lines. Multiple neighbors recommended Element Systems. We contact Dondi with Element and quoted us a price well under other companies. They were quick to install our new lines new lines. Very professional, high quality, timely and very clean work. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to change your current system
