    Not knowing much about septic systems versus cesspool services, Dan from EDR septic inspections was great. He was clear, concise and easy to understand and I have to say, neat as well . Being the buyer as well as a seller, it’s hard to hear the truth sometimes, but as my realtor said “ you have to take the emotion out of the report” and if there are things to correct, get to work. I want to sell my house as safe and sound as I possibly can and his report made it possible to see what was in store for us and what we need to do so we can enjoy our purchase for years to come. Thank you Dan.

    We had a backup issue in our home and had the city come inspect the main sewer line. They concluded the town side was fine, and after checking on our end it was determined the blockage was within our home’s system. Lynn was incredibly helpful speaking directly with the town to help troubleshoot things over the phone. Dan came out quickly for us, flushed our entire system, found the culprit, showed us pictures, and gave us guidance on how to avoid future issues, all without ever making us feel foolish or talked down to.

    The day of our scheduled septic inspection, the company we had hired called after their scheduled arrival time to cancel. With only two days left to meet the contingency deadline for the home we were purchasing, we urgently reached out to EDR to see if they could help. Even though they were over an hour away on another call, they still managed to fit us in. They responded the same day, understood the urgency of the situation, and worked quickly to help us stay on track with our deadline.
