I highly recommend Best Septic! The office staff was friendly and helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. Seth came out to do the work and was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and provided education about proper maintenance of the equipment on my property!

From my initial phone call to the office's reminder call to our service-- 5 stars! Very friendly and polite. The technician, "SC" (I didn't catch his name, sorry), was very thorough and took the time to explain the septic pumping service and recommendations for keeping our septic system "healthy." No one has ever done this before. Will 100% use them for our next service in 3 years :) Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so amazing and kind!! Not only did they come out as soon as possible and lined up with the pump people to make sure the septic was done when the pump was broken and a new one had to be ordered Best has no problem coming out AGAIN in 2 DAYS to pump so the pump could be installed when it came in! Both gentlemen that came were very knowledgeable and were very kind when explaining to me how a septic even works! Thank you all so much for helping a historic home in Gilmanton continue to stay updated and healthy!!!!

From start to finish, this was hands down the best septic service experience I’ve ever had. The office staff set the tone right away, friendly, professional, and incredibly organized. They made scheduling easy, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me informed every step of the way. When the service team arrived, they were just as impressive. The septic haulers were punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in what they do. They worked efficiently, took the time to explain the process, and made sure everything was handled cleanly and thoroughly.
