Their service is terrible. Katie, who is in charge of connecting with the customer, is not helpful at all and lets the customer wait on appointments and cancels last minute. They also fixed the bathtub badly.

When I was in property management, I worked with Eddie for about 7 years. He's reliable, kind, and does great work. You won't find a better plumber!

To define this company as a "plumbing service", in my opinion, is a stretch. This is two guys with one truck, who drive around and are modestly competent in plumbing. You'll be lucky if they don't block you in when they double park. They performed work on my apartment through their contract with my property management company. My review for at home properties was equally negative due to rusty water that was left disregarded for 6 months by their management.
