Debbie(the owner) held onto my class ring that they found. I had lost it many, many years ago. They kept it until Brandy was able to find me. After they found me, they paid out of pocket to ship it to me. Based on knowing nothing else about Debbie and the staff she employs but this, I would feel confident in recommending their business to others.

Response from the owner

We are so glad we were able to reunite you with your ring! Made all of our day!

I have used American Rooter multiple times over recent years. They’ve always been polite and friendly, and competent at fixing the problems I had At my home or rentals. Today Kellen came out and fixed a toilet problem. Previously, Cole has come out several times to work on a couple different sewer line issues. He was particularly adept at figuring out what the problem was and fixing it. I also find the Receptionist to be friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much James! You were a pleasure to help.
