Having this company out to my house felt a bit like a hit and run. They came in, did some damage without warning and wanted money to fix the issue they caused. We have a septic tank and a bathroom in our basement. The bathroom down there runs into a small sewer pit. When it fills, an ejector pump moves the waste vertically to put it into the septic tank. Just like a sump pump. The ejector pump had not worked for awhile. I called DMR to have them come and look at the job. Having already received some other quotes I had a decent idea of what it should and should not cost.

DMR came out within 2 hrs of me calling them. My basement was flooded, they determined my sump pump was no longer working. DMR had a sump pump on their truck and replaced it right away for a reasonable price. I would recommend DMR to all my friends and family.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Celeste, glad we could help and we look forward to working with you in the future!

READ “YELP” Reviews also I never would of picked them if I saw those reviews first over googles. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE OF DMR PLUMBING & SEWER !!! We had a clogged main sewer drain. Their sales pitch was, no hourly rate and we will be here as long as it takes for the price of $2,071 for two guys. Fortunately for them once they began rodding our sewer line, it was unclogged in 15 minutes after starting the job. They left our house within the hour of arriving. Thursday they unclogged the drain and by Saturday we had an overwhelming sewer smell in the house.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners facing urgent drainage and sewer problems frequently describe prompt visits from a father-and-son crew. Celeste noted that technicians arrived "within 2 hrs" to swap out a broken basement sump pump using parts stocked directly on their truck. Crews generally clear blocked sewer lines and restore flow on the spot. In one customer's experience, Matthew reported that technicians cut and recoupled basement pipes during an inspection of a dead septic ejector pump after he declined further service.
