Our Septic system collapsed and we needed immediate assistance, We are forever grateful, thankful to the entire team of Lake Cook Trenching for all their amazing efforts in providing us with their expertise, knowledge, experience, compassion and very quick delivery on a job that took all day with a large crew that never even took a break until the job was done in full . ( this was done in 2 days with permits and inspection) Thank you , Rob and your son Dillon and the rest of of your great guys so very much appreciated. We feel very fortunate and blessed to have found them .

As a first time septic system owner, I had a sudden issue with foaming and strong odor coming from the tank. Chris in the office was incredibly helpful. She clearly understands the urgency of these situations and was able to coordinate same day service, which was a lifesaver. Miguel, the field technician, was exceptional. Not only did he address the immediate issue, but he also took the time to walk me through the system's key components like the tank, baffles, aerator, and drain field and explained best practices for long term maintenance.

They did a great job on our project. Quickly took care of an issue that came up about year after installation, without question. Pleasant to deal with as well. I would do business with them again.

LCT did a wonderful job replacing our septic system with a new lift station and septic tank. They delivered a well coordinated project from quote to permits to install for less than the competition. The state inspector complemented them on the day of install and told us separately that Lake Cook Trenching is the best in Chicagoland area.
