Zach, Rick, and the Dillion team are always fantastic. Pros who know how to take care of customers quickly and professionally. From system education, do’s and don’t s, to pump service, and control panel replacement. This is the team to call. Had a full control panel and air pump replacement needed after Zach’s inspection found our control box was not properly sealed installed (NOT DONE BY DILLON SEPTIC) Everything was rusted out and falling apart, which most likely lead to our air pump failure.

Unfortunately for me, my septic aeration system went out, and I was in a bind. I called Alex Dillon with Dillon Septic, and he immediately sent Zack Brown out. Zack was right on point, he quickly identified the problem, made the necessary repairs, and got my system back up and running perfectly. I also needed to have my tank pumped, and Donnie McIntosh showed up and got everything cleaned up and taken care of. Alex Dillon and his entire team are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, responsive, dependable, and genuinely care about taking care of their customers.
