I had a great experience with Davenport Septic and Storm Shelters installing our aerobic septic system. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Blake and his team handled everything, including the design and permits, which made the experience much easier for us. They were very professional, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the process. The price also seemed very reasonable for the quality of work and service they provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic system installation.

I grew up in the city and had never dealt with a septic system before. Within the first month of moving to the country, I ran into my first issue. Thankfully, Blake from Davenport Septic came out the same day. He walked me through how the system works and answered a bunch of questions I didn’t even know to ask. Before his visit, my sprinkler heads were overgrown and at risk of getting mowed over. Following his advice, I added a rock perimeter and treated the surrounding grass to keep the area clear.

Hands down the only company to work with when it comes to septic, a company that has been ripping off my mother for years, Blake came through on the same day a repaired it when the rip off company said 15k to replace it. Hopefully he stays in business forever lol

We are disappointed in the lack of an "inspection" we received with our maintenance contract. In March (2nd photo), I noticed my chlorinator level wasn't reducing at all, even with washing lots of laundry, showers, and using the dishwasher. I thought it might be clogged, so I called Davenport to have it checked out. Brad came out and looked it over and said it was just fine. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say about it. Around April 10th, we had our final septic inspection.
