While he seems like a nice and trustworthy person I truly have doubts. Neal gave me an original quote to move my septic lines for a pool addition. I submitted the permit paperwork and waited 20 days or so for the go ahead. Once we got the nod to proceed Neal up the price $700 stating the system needed additional wiring. While not wanting to file new paperwork and wait longer due to the pool install, I felt I had to eat it and proceed. Once the job was completed I went to turn on my irrigation system and found they had busted lines and cut wires.

    Response from the owner

I’m so sorry you feel this way because I thought I was helping you out. The price I gave you was for new control box and to move the spray heads. Once we went out there we realized that you didn’t have enough wires ran or the 3rd float. I told you what it would cost to add those. I wanted to give you a heads up before we did any work in case you wanted to let someone else do it. It was a cold rainy day and you were trying to get it done asap. You wanted us to go ahead and do it. All we would have had to do was call the county and tell them to change the installer. We use a plow to pull our lines and we have no way of knowing if sprinkler lines are buried and especially if no one says anything to us about it. I already lowered my price trying to help you out. If I had known there was a sprinkler system in the backyard I wouldn’t have even did the job because I use a plow and you cant see what is cut. With a pool going in and the septic spraying most of the backyard now I would never have thought it would be irrigated because you are not suppose to irrigate the same area as the septic sprays. Being a firefighter for 19 years and and going out of my way to help people I’m truly sorry you feel this way. I’m not sure why you didn’t use the guy that does your maintenance. Like I said I thought I was really helping you out by lowering my price which I’m sure everyone else was higher or you would have used your provider. Electric companies, or any utility company will not cover anything they hit unless the homeowner locates whatever is buried and exposes it. I am a trustworthy person and I have many people that can back that up. I would make sure the irrigation doesn’t spray the same area as the septic because it can overload the soil and the county can get involved

Terrible. We paid them about 3 months ago for them to fix our septic. They told us they would be out there within a week. They have not been here yet. Everytime we call and ask they tell us the same thing only for them to not come. Unbelievably unprofessional

    Response from the owner

I have looked everywhere for your name and have nothing. We work very hard making everyone happy. Also we do not take payment for a repair before we even come out to fix a septic. Please give me a call because I have no idea who you are or what your address is! 469-338-7834

Terrible customer service, they say they’ll put you on their schedule and then they’ll ghost you for the next 2 weeks and still waiting to hear back. Will never use them again and I wouldn’t refer them to anyone.

    Response from the owner

I’m not sure what we were supposed to have you on our schedule for. I can’t find your name anywhere
