About Countywide Septic Service

From the website of Countywide Septic Service, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Countywide Septic Service pumps septic tanks and cleans them out for homes and businesses. Their site says the work runs from tank cleaning and back-flushing to baffle inspections and septic tank locating, with emergency service offered when a system cannot wait. Grease trap cleaning is part of the same work, which matters to a kitchen owner whose drains slow at the worst hour. For a homeowner with wastewater surfacing in the yard, the emergency option is the one to raise on the first call, and the company takes those calls.

He was absolutely exceptional. Came out gave me an honest estimate, fair price to do further investigation (offered to take investigation cost out of work cost if need be), and was honest that no further work needed to be done. Will exclusively use this business for septic issues moving forward.

Will not use their service again. Asked them to come out and look at our tank and let us know if it was still good. They came out over an hour late. I get it things happen but no call or text just showed up very late. Then instead of knocking on the door and saying he was there he pulls in our yard and starts opening our tank. He was getting the hose out when my wife asked him what he was doing. My wife's second language is English and she was very confused but didn't know how to tell him to stop. Now I have a $300 bill for a tank drain I didn't think was coming.

They were very upfront about being able to get here. Cold weather and Truck may not start. He said if it starts around 11am. He found the pipe was able to clean it out which wasnt easy in the snow. He even gave the names of some other people to do some work. I would recommend them without a doubt. Glad I found himl!

Excellent service. He went the extra mile to get all the solids out! Great Job!!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Robert says the crew "went the extra mile to get all the solids out," and Beth calls her septic clean out prompt and courteous. Several customers name Doug as the one who came out. Brandon had a pump scheduled on the spot for a 1969 system, while Brent, whose own guess at the tank location missed by 12 feet, watched Doug find it quickly. Bob's visit landed on a cold day when the truck might not start, and the clogged pipe still got cleaned out in the snow. Chris asked for a closer look and got an honest answer that no further work was needed. Fast answers on the phone come up in more than one review.

Before You Call

If you have never had this tank opened and no one marked its spot, septic tank locating is among the services Countywide offers, and it pairs naturally with a pump-out. One question settles the visit: can the crew find the tank and pump it on the same trip?
