After buying a new house last year and it being my first property on septic, I called Cossentino Septic for a pump out and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From booking to the actual day of service, I was kept updated with calls and text reminders, and they arrived right when they said they would. John took the time to educate me on my septic system and basic best practices, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, Johns super friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor made the experience all the more enjoyable.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It was a pleasure meeting you! Your support means a lot to me as a small business owner. I'm grateful you chose Cossentino Septic, and I look forward to continuing to help you keep your system running smoothly for years to come. Thanks again!

Two years ago, one of my septic dry wells began filling with effluent. When John Cossentino came out to investigate, I was impressed with his ability to diagnose and explain the problem, while also offering a couple options for repair. His prices were reasonable too. It’s been two years since then, and my repaired septic system is still working great. Highly recommended.

    Response from the owner

I really appreciate you taking the time to write this, thank you! I’m glad I was able to figure out the issue and get you a solid long-term fix. Always here if you need anything!

John did a great job investigating the problem with my septic system and then offered a budget friendly and timely solution. Other companies just wanted to sell me brand new systems without ever determining the cause of my problem. He utilized an electronic quote system that made reviewing and approving the work easily . Not only did he fix my septic issue, but throughout the entire process, he communicated clearly, explaining the mechanics and the steps he would take to correct it.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. My goal is always to properly diagnose the issue and provide a solution that makes sense, not just sell something unnecessary. I’m glad I could get everything resolved while protecting your property and keeping communication clear along the way. It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m always here if you need anything in the future.

Before You Call

For a septic problem that may require more than routine pumping, the homeowner's decision is whether to proceed with cleaning or repair work. One useful phone question is how the company decides which service fits the problem.
