    I don’t understand how you can pump 1800 gallons of waste from a 1500 gallon tank and charge for the additional 300 gallons. Technician also indicated our leach field may be saturated despite lack of any recognition of typical system failures.

    We were impressed with CLAY’s prompt service, and knowledgeable, professional and friendly technicians (Junior, Justus and Adrian). Monica was very helpful with our consultation, too. They explained everything to us and solved our sewage ejection pump problem in less than 24 hours (phoned in consultation included) at a REASONABLE price. This is our first time getting their service and it won’t be the last. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

    I was visiting a friend up north when their septic tank took a dump. Bad timing for a visit but I got to witness some of the best service I have ever seen. Quick to respond & knowledgeable friendly staff took care of the problem right away. What a blessing this company is.
