    We are expanding our self-storage facility in Manteca, CA, over a 4-acre area and needed 9 drainage inlets for the project. Initially, we reached out to a local precast supplier (OC) just 5 miles away, but despite leaving multiple messages, we received no response. Fortunately, we were referred to Mid State Concrete Precast by Kristich Monterey Pipe, and we couldn't be happier with the recommendation. I primarily dealt with Neil, who was incredibly detailed and generous with his time. The communication was excellent, and their pricing was very fair.
