If they say weather permitting, it's another way of no show. They have said weather permitting for 6 weeks now, every week, and no show. I finally hired another plumber instead waiting for them making excuses

    Response from the owner

We cannot fix the weather It’s so muddy back there And it rained every weekend

I cannot say enough good things about, and I highly recommend, Phillip and Choo Choo Rooter. We experienced a major drainage issue with septic back up on a Monday evening. We had an emergency service call followed by a ridiculously high quote from an unnamed highly advertised company on Tuesday morning. I called a friend/local home builder and he recommended Choo Choo Rooter. I called Phillip Tuesday afternoon and he opined on the issue and said he would be out first thing Wednesday morning. He was.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate your business and the great review

We moved into an old house with ancient pipes and recently had an emergency where the toilets wouldn't flush out and any plunging had water backing up to the shower. They came out within an hour and worked quick and efficiently to clear the pipes for us. I really appreciate the speed and quality of work and will definitely be recommending you to any friends who need work done. Thank you again!!

    Response from the owner

We really appreciate the five star review. We try to strive to make sure that everyone gets taken care of in a fashionably manner at a very low price. Thank you again

ABSOLUTELY the best people you can have come work for you ! They are kind , honest , and actually out here to serve our community the RIGHT way . I have a new small family with a 6 month old , earlier yesterday had another company come out to quote me for what would be 40,000 dollars for a whole new septic tank and that my family had to evacuate the house for two weeks because the issue was so “ bad” and once we got choo choo footer out for a second opinion ..

    Response from the owner

Your welcome And congratulations on the new home many memories just waiting to be made there We really appreciate the review

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe septic trouble handled fast. Shannon says that after backups pushed water into her shower, the crew "came out within an hour" and cleared the pipes. David writes that Phillip and his team got a neglected septic tank working again, showing up after normal working hours when the toilets would not flush. Kevin's review walks through a Monday evening septic backup and a crew that dug the tank, found the problem and finished the cleanup by noon the next day. Haleigh called for a second opinion on a septic diagnosis and says Phillip traced it to a simple clog. Nikki describes a same day visit that ended with the problem fixed in under twenty minutes.
