Tony and his team were absolutely amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of their communication, transparency, pictures of the work and fair pricing. When we had a timely weekend issue with our septic / grinder pump, Tony’s team were able to not only come out and assess, but pump out AND fix - all on a Saturday evening. In this day and age when it is often hard to find fair and qualified services, I’d give Call of Dooty 6/5 stars if I could. I highly recommend.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your high recommendation; it means a great deal to us.

Before You Call

For an urgent septic problem, the immediate decision may be whether the tank needs pumping or the drain field needs repair. One useful phone question is which service the symptoms point to before the crew arrives.
