  4. Joshua C.

    August 2026

We had a major clog in our septic system and just about a full house so things were kind of a mess. Burke sent Duane out the next morning and he took care of the full septic and spent some considerable time to remove the giant coagulated hardened grease balls from our pipes to remove the clog. Was not charged extra!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are so glad Duane could get out there the next morning to take care of your septic system emergency and clear out that tough pipe clog. Dealing with a backup when you have a full house is incredibly stressful, so our team always aims to provide thorough, honest septic service in Whatcom County without hitting you with surprise extra fees. We appreciate your business and are happy we could get things flowing smoothly again for your family!
