A+++ Baker Septic is our go to service provider for septic over many years and two houses. I called them to help us find the second access port in the drainfield which was overgrown and to do the inspection. They quickly found the port buried under moss. Home owners are allowed to do their own inspections and I wanted to know how to do that. So while they completed the inspection Aaron was very gracious, showing me what to do and taking the time to give me answers to all my questions. He also made some great recommendations that we will probably follow next time they come out. Thanks again!

Very disappointing phone experience. 350 gallon Quadel, our first pump for our small cabin in the woods, and our last call to get a quote. The phone operator questioned whether I “truly” have 350-gallon septic tank and called it “weird” several times because she “had never heard of something so small”. Yikes! Very off putting. No thanks. This was the third company we contacted and the only one to respond this way. I would not hire them just based on who answered the phone.

April 23, 2026, Aaron and his apprentice, came out to conduct an inspection of our family cabin’s septic system. I really appreciated Aaron’s comprehensive review and the effort he took to make sense of my grandfather’s “as built” plans that were in the county’s computer data base. I was a child during the construction of the cabin and couldn’t provide any helpful information. I was impressed by Aaron’s professionalism. He was willing to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Unfortunately, my experience with other companies hasn’t been as positive.
