Buddy's Septic & Water Well Service in Bandera, TX

I have several rental properties and have dealt with many contractors. I appreciate the honesty of Buddy's Septic. A plumber told me my septic had to be pumped before he could do the work he needed to do. When Buddy's came out, even though he had all the equipment ready to go, he said it did not need to be pumped. I asked him if he should pump it since he was already at my house and he said it really didn't need it. He answered all my questions about the tank. I highly recommend!!

Used them for many years and Buddy WAS top notch. Buddy retired so it’s not worth the call. They came out four times recently and the first two crews had two different opinions. The third crew pulled the well and said the well was dry and not worth a new pump & had a blockage. Then they sent out the camera man and he said the well was not blocked and had water. They don’t share information with their other crews nor Shelly. About this time I opened the email estimate 🤬 I fired them and had a good used pump already so my new well man installed it.
