Brooker Septic Service Inc in Lake Wales, FL

About Brooker Septic Service Inc

From the website of Brooker Septic Service Inc, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Brooker Septic Service pumps and cleans septic tanks in Lake Wales, and treats the two as separate jobs. Pumping empties the tank, cleaning restores it. When the yard turns soggy or drains slow down, that often means a blocked header line or a compacted trench rather than a dead field, and that is where the company starts looking. Bigger jobs follow the same order. New systems and full replacements begin with a soil evaluation and a state permit, and buyers or sellers can bring in a septic inspection before closing.

Septic Services in Lake Wales

Quoted from the website of Brooker Septic Service Inc, read 15 Sept 2026.

Alongside the tank work, Brooker installs and replaces drain fields, repairs leach fields, services septic pumps, and handles backflow testing and lift station maintenance. Routine pumping, inspections and complete system installations run through the same crew. The ground gives that field work a local twist. On 97.9% of the rated ground around Lake Wales, septic absorption fields come back very limited, mostly because water drops through the bottom layer so fast it risks groundwater.

Google Reviews

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers who gave five stars keep landing on the same thing, speed. Kelly says owner Blake "came out in 90 minutes" and put the sod back so well the yard hardly showed where the hole had been. Carl and Bill reached Scott's place within the hour and pumped the tank on that first trip. Distance and weekends did not break the pattern. A truck got to Michelle's place in Indian Lake Estates 26 minutes after her call, and Ron's backup was cleared on the spot one Memorial Day Sunday. Edwin's crew had his tank pumped fast and left no mess behind.

Local Ground

Around Lake Wales, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Lake Wales city page for the full soil profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Call

The decision most calls come down to is whether the trouble sits in the tank or out in the drain field, and this crew handles either job. One question settles it on the phone: can they check the field and pump the tank in the same visit?
