First thing in the morning, I go to take a shower and the water is backing up. Went out and opened up the septic and looked at it and thought that I needed to have it pumped out. My first call was to Robbie's Septic service in Lakeland Florida. And I'm so glad that I did. I spoke with Ms. Bev, She started asking me some questions, had me send some photos over to her and informed me that I probably had a clogged filter. In the second tank, there's a filter that needs to be cleaned out with a water hose. She explained everything to me and we were able to to do that and everything is fine.

    Response from the owner

Paula, we believe in taking the time to listen, ask questions, and help our customers understand what may be causing their problem. Sometimes a little guidance can save a customer a lot of money and frustration, and we're always happy to help whenever we can. Thank you again for trusting us and for recognizing the importance of honest, knowledgeable service. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and are always here if you need us!
