Situation started as a simple septic pumping service but during the service, the serviceman Keith, managed to knock the concrete slab where the access cover is located into the septic tank. An insane process with them to even get them to fix the problem they created. My mistake was extending them even an ounce of trust and believing in good faith interactions. If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to work with these dishonest people then withhold payment until you are in the clear, don’t trust a single word they say.

We found our septic pump enclosure overflowing with liquid this past Saturday and called Bobby Davis Septic. Two very nice guys showed up a couple hours later. They immediately diagnosed the issue and in about an hour resolved the issue with the pump that pumps the liquid to our leaching field. His guys were SUPER knowledgeable, efficient, and spent time educating me about all things septic. I have a degree in mechanical engineering and am a big DIYer and it was a joy to watch these guys work. I will definitely call them again next time we have septic issues.

    Response from the owner

Brian, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are glad our crew could respond quickly on a Saturday, diagnose the septic pump problem, and get the system flowing properly to your leach field again. It means a lot that someone with your mechanical engineering background appreciated their knowledge, efficiency, and willingness to explain how everything worked. Thank you for trusting Bobby Davis Septic with your septic system repair. We will be here whenever you need us.

Dalton was a life saver and so wonderful. He stayed way beyond working hours & endured completing his task throughout all the chaos going on. We called another septic tank company around 8am the day of service and was told they’d come by 2. They never showed. Reached out to this company & not only did they give timely updates regarding their arrival, they came the same day & fixed all issues!!! Dalton was very personable and knowledgeable & provided great service. Fully recommend this company & their services!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind words, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that Dalton was able to step in and get everything handled, especially after the frustration you went through earlier in the day. We know how stressful septic issues can be, and we always do our best to respond quickly and keep our customers informed every step of the way. We’re glad we could get things taken care of for you and truly appreciate the recommendation. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything in the future!

Bobby Davis responded to an emergency at a commercial property I manage around 10 PM, and I received a reply within minutes. Not only did they respond quickly, but they followed through the next day and remained proactive and thorough throughout the entire process, which lasted about three weeks. Dalton was my main point of contact, and he was incredibly helpful both during the week and on weekends. He remained highly communicative, responsive, and solution-oriented the entire time.

    Response from the owner

Thank you very much, we were happy to help and we hope that we can help in any way in the future.
