My father passed away today, and the sewage backed up in his house shortly after. They came out and pumped it free of charge. I can't tell you how much that meant to us. Most companies are all about the money, but this one really cares! Thank you for your generosity and compassion in a tough time!

I called Bama Septic and they showed up within minutes. My tank was full and I was worried my septic lines were comprised. The crew pumped the tank and checked the lines at a great price. I need risers added to my tank and they immediately gave me a great quote and installed them the same day. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys

Ryan and his helper recently came to pump my septic tank out. Unfortunately they had to dig a bit to get to it, but pin pointed the location of the lids first shot. Ryan also helped me understand more about the type of system I have. They did a great job on not only the cleanout, but also the clean up afterwards. Unfortunately later that day, we started to experience the same problem we had before the pumping was done so I reached back out to Ryan that same evening.

These guys came out at 11:00 pm on a Sunday to help us out with overflow from our septic and non-flushing toilets. Gave us honest feedback on fixes and a fair price to make those fixes. Very nice guys as well will be choosing them over other companies in the future!

Homeowners report that Ryan arrives quickly during urgent backups, taking service calls late on Sunday nights and over weekends. Bobby noted that the crew "showed up within minutes" to pump a full tank. The work extends beyond routine pumping to uncovering buried lids with minimal digging, checking tank lines, and installing new access risers.
