My wife and I recently moved into our home and this is the first one we've had with a septic tank. I knew nothing about them and had no idea where the tank was or when it had been serviced; I was expecting the worst. My wife called B&B and they came out on the scheduled day. Aaron and Caton were the techs. They easily found the buried tank and then, and I'm not sure how, found the opening. As they reviewed the "contents," Aaron told me that it really didn't need cleaning. This was a welcome surprise.

Called Friday needing our septic tank pumped and Moe was able to come out Monday! Very friendly and reliable. Will be using again in the future!

B&B really saved us this weekend. All our drains quit and were gurgling on Saturday. I called their office at close to 3pm, they were able to send someone first thing on Sunday. I was worried about it costing more for a weekend call but it didn't. We got a call that they were on their way, he showed up in less than 10 minutes. Super fast super friendly, we highly recommend!

I called B&B Septic Service Inc today, Moe answered the phone, he had his crew Aaron and Dylon come out, and by that very afternoon had me all taken care of! Would highly recommend for any of your septic needs.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers talk about how quickly the crew arrived. One customer called on a Saturday morning and had a truck at the house by 9 am. Another called on a Saturday afternoon with gurgling drains and had a visit first thing Sunday, and a third called on a Friday and was pumped on Monday. Other reviews describe the work itself. Mark, new to owning a septic system, watched the crew find a buried tank and decide it did not need pumping yet, and he came away with "a little septic tank education on the side". Patricia says the crew took care of her lawn, and William, a repeat customer, also has his RV pumped.
