I hired this plumber to fix a leaky toilet. He diagnosed the problem as an issue with the wax ring and replaced it, but unfortunately, the new wax ring was not installed correctly. Afterward, our bathroom would occasionally smell like sewage. I had him come back out to inspect the toilet. At that time I was unable to duplicate the sewage smell. Instead of identifying the issue with the wax ring, he suggested that we might need to replace the entire toilet. I ultimately hired a different plumber for a second opinion.

    Response from the owner

Hi Irvin, we’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. When we returned to inspect the toilet, the sewage odor could not be reproduced, and we found no clear indication at that time that the wax ring was improperly installed. We stand behind our work and always make every effort to address our customers’ concerns.
