Have had Cox Plumbing to the rescue before, excellent. This time, emergency, our well. Barely any water for over two weeks. Didn’t know what we were in for, replace the pump, have to drill deeper (didn’t know how deep the well was for one, not disclosed or known from previous owners), lines clogged? Donald and Seth showed up yesterday morning (had Staunton Tree Service, the best, remove trees, shrubs etc for access to the well day before, the well located up steep climb behind house) and did the job, we now have water again!!! Turned out it was the pump that needed replacing.

Did some research and Cox Plumbing received top grades and they were right. Malcom, a true pro, came out on time and quickly found and fixed the problem at a fair price. Cox will be our future choice for all plumbing work.

Response from the owner

Hi, Steve. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They did a bath remodel for me and were sensitive to my having only one full bath. Everyone, the office staff, all the construction guys (tearing down, rebuilding), plumbers, electricians, dry wallers, the painter, everyone was wonderful. They arrived on time, worked super hard. Lovely people and I recommend them very highly.

Response from the owner

Hi, Anne. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!

Had called for a quote, man show up, took measurements and said he would work up a quote.that was the last we heard from him. I have called 3 times, Left voice mail to call me. Nothing, I don't know where the favorable reviews are coming from as I have had nothing but crap service and will never use them for any type of work

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated with the timing and communication following your estimate. We did send the estimate by both email and text, although it did take us a little additional time to finalize because we wanted to make sure we identified what we felt was the best product option for your project. We regret that the estimate did not reach you as expected and that we weren’t able to connect with you when you followed up. We appreciate the opportunity to have evaluated your project and are sorry we weren’t able to assist you further.
