I contacted Aaron from Advanced Septic Care when I was looking at a commercial property with a home on it. I heard from the sellers that there had been a septic issue but didn't have too much information. I provided Aaron with the information I had along with the company that had pumped it previously. He knew the other contractor and called him for details. Instead of charging me for his time he provided all of the information and options available. I really appreciated the time he put in and the advice and I'm happy to recommend his services to anyone needing septic work on their property.

Recently Aaron performed an inspection and repair on my septic system in Newport. This was a time sensitive situation ( my property was under contract to sell). I needed to get everything done ASAP! Aaron came out and got everything fixed in record time! Also helped coordinate with the county health district so I could get important paperwork needed to sell my place. Would use Aaron for any septic issue or camera inspection. 10/10.

Unfortunately I am just now getting around to my review but I’d like to start by saying that Aaron did a phenomenal job by getting the information i needed in my home back in August that had some underlying issues in regards to my plumbing system, he used his scope and had to do some pressure washing… He was efficient and had great customer service, I highly recommend him for your next plumbing service.

I had a problem with my septic alarm going off and Aaron was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot and work through potential causes. He was clear in his communication and prompt in replying to questions. He really went above and beyond. On a Saturday no less.

Completed 2 septic systems for our property. Great communication skills and explained the whole process before starting and after completion and the follow up care we would need to do for a septic system. When he says he will do something he is a man of his word. I will be using him in the future for any septic needs and highly recommend him if you need work done.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Aaron is named in nearly every account, and the recurring theme is a property deal with a clock on it. Garrett describes a time sensitive inspection and repair with the property already under contract, and Bill describes handing over what little was known about a past septic problem and getting a straight read on it. Several customers describe being talked through the system afterwards, including what maintenance would be needed. One describes troubleshooting an alarm over the phone on a Saturday night rather than being booked a visit.

Before You Call

On a sale, the inspection date is usually the constraint and everything else moves around it. Ask how soon a report can be in hand, not only how soon someone can visit.
