After hearing the dreaded septic alarm at 430am, i placed a call to 9 Mile Septic. They didn't open till 7am but i got a call back from Robby at 6am walking me through what to do. Requested they come out and certify the septic system for a home sale. What a nightmare. Cracked risers, root intrusion and draw down below spec. He showed me to do all the dirt work to save myself some money, installed the risers and certified the system. Roby and Daniel at both a great help in getting the system back into action and getting me a certified septic system for the home sale.

A new homeowner, Nine Mile Septic had serviced my house under prior ownership. No matter -- I called up to ask questions about the prior service, and they really extended themselves, spending a long time for free over two phone calls to educate me about the parameters of my situation and steps I should take to resolve the plumbing issue. (It was not a septic issue.) They really went out of their way to help a stranger calling up out of the blue. That's the kind of service that comes from having a good heart -- no more, no less. My hat's off to them.

Efficient and Friendly, I learned so much about septic systems. I Highly recommend using this company for all your septic needs. I am very satisfied with the level of care and detail that was put into our service and I will definitely be using them again for all future needs!
