A OK Septic LLC in Sanctuary, TX

A family friend recommended this company to me, so I reached out on July 18th to schedule service. I was told they would not be able to come until the following week because the truck was being worked on. I completely understood and was willing to wait. However, July 18th came and went, and I was not actually serviced until August 11th. During that time, I was given multiple different dates. I was told Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. I understood that they might be off on Sunday, so I continued to be patient. I was then told Monday, and we had two services scheduled.

Highly recommend this business when you are needing your septic tanks pumped! Terry was amazing and made sure we were taken care. Steve came out and got our tanks pumped and then came back the next day to install risers. He was absolutely amazing. In a world where it seems a lot of people have forgotten about customer service this business, Terry, and Steve have restored my faith that there are still people out there that take care of you. Thank you guys so much!!!!

They're awesome. I was in a real bad situation and the lady I talked to (I can't remember her name) was honest, straight forward, and understanding. But the guy that came out? Steve. That man is an OG. He got out to my house and pumped the sewage out all in the middle of a horrible thunderstorm. I can't express enough, how much I appreciate what they did for me.

Even on a Friday night they answer the phone and get you on the schedule right away. Super nice lady answered the phone. I will stay a loyal customer!
