A & A Septic Tank Service did a great job on our two 500 gal tanks. Poor guy was out in the 100° sun digging and pumping the stuff we would all rather not deal with. Pleasant young man worked hard and fast. Clean job. Good price. We will call them again.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words, and for the shoutout to our guy for grinding through that heat! Glad he got the job done fast and clean at a fair price. We appreciate you and look forward to helping again next time!

The "problem" light came on my aerobic septic system. I called A&A and a tech was at the house in less than an hour. Really nice guy! Had me all fixed up quick! I would recommend!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words! Glad we could get out to you quickly and have that light fixed up in no time. We appreciate the recommendation!

  5. Andrew

Locally owned, friendly and reasonably priced. Have been using A+A septic for years ar difference properties, they are the best. They are courteous, professional and always clean up as best they can. Digital invoicing and record keeping of files and tank locations/pics make the process as simple as possible. Recently had Thomas out to add a riser on a couple of old tanks and it was not an easy install. He made it look fantastic. That will make future tank pumps on our conventional system much easier. Pump your tanks people! Pump them sooner than you think!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words and for being a loyal customer across multiple properties over the years! Great shoutout to Thomas for making that tricky riser install look easy. Glad the digital invoicing and record keeping have made things simple too --and well said on regular maintenance!

Long relationships are the pattern. Charles describes at least ten years of use across pump-outs, and Andrew describes several different properties with digital invoicing and records of where each tank sits. Aerobic systems come up too. Louis describes a warning light on his and a technician at the house in under an hour.

Texas registers the transport of sludge and grease, and this company holds registration 23370 on that list. For a pumping business that is the entry covering where the tank contents go once they leave the property. Installation is registered separately in Texas and is not recorded here. The match therefore confirms the hauling side and leaves the installation question to be asked on its own.

Local Ground

Around Tyler, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Tyler city page for the full soil profile.
