    ⭐☆☆☆☆, Disappointed by Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency (Resolved see update) I initially turned to Wind River Environmental with optimism. I had a cracked sewer pipe that needed repair, and their quote came in at about one-third the cost of other companies. I assumed they had a more efficient or innovative method, and was encouraged when they were able to schedule a technician within two days. Ken, the technician, was professional, courteous, and prompt.

    I called to have my septic tank pumped. They came out and pumped an abandoned tank on my property which was obviously not my septic tank. When I called to have them come back and fix the mistake they said they would call me back and never did.

    I had to have my tank pumped today due to the fact that water began to back up into the basement from a shower. I have to say that within 45 minutes Steven was here to pump the tank. STEVEN IS AMAZING!!! He always shows up with a smile on his face. He is kind, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I truly could go on and on. It can be a stressful moment when you have an issue like that and you just pray it's not something much more costly that's wrong with the system. Steven is always up front and honest and just makes you feel like you are in good hands.
