    Unresponsive. I previously used this company for my home and referred to a family member. They charged a service fee but did not service the home. They have been unable to provide any other details since. Company claimed to have someone return call after escalation but never did. Unfortunate & Unprofessional.

    Awoke to bubbling in a toilet and found our septic tank was full. Called Bishop-Thiem Septic Service to pump the tank because we used them five years ago and they did an fantastic job including installing a riser for easy access. They were also very reasonably priced. We learned that the company was bought out by a large company, Wind River Environmental. The prices were much higher, $900 to come out, $300 of that was an "emergency fee' for them to come out the same day. We were desperate so agreed to the higher charge.
