Don’t even waste your time with this company that don’t value your business. Careless… My first communication with this company was on June 30 regarding a commercial plumbing project. From the beginning, I tried to work with their schedule and was patient. On July 6, they emailed me saying they couldn’t start for about two weeks and even suggested I try another company because of my deadline. Instead of going elsewhere, I replied to that same email and specifically asked to be placed on their schedule. I accepted the delay in good faith because I believed they intended to take on my project.

    Response from the owner

Apologies again but since your job was of a more difficult nature, we reached out to an inspector and had to wait for their return call. Our decision was made based on the information received in that conversation. Hopefully you can find a plumber that will meet your needs in this project.

Called and left a message on a Saturday morning and received a call back within 20 minutes. While they were unable to help me due to their equipment currently down for maintenance, they referred me to 2 places that could help me. I highly recommend. I wish I could’ve used Wilbur’s this time since they are local to me. I will contact Wilbur’s first every time!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the positive feedback. We are glad we could at least point you in the right direction!!

Wilburs Plumbing has done work on my house twice and the entire team did a fantastic job of explaining things to me, repairing and all around just a great team to work with. Selena is so helpful when calling the office. I will definitely use Wilburs for all of my Plumbing needs. Thanks again for everything!

Just paid $1800 for a water heater installed Water heater UNDER $600 Guys here 2 hrs , so I just paid $600 an hour 🥳 They know u need it , & they get yah! Have a warranty on my AO Smith old water heater , but I was Never acknowledged. by AO Smith. Time to write the BBB! Gouging is still a thing ! So much for Reasonable prices from this company ! 👎 Shame on you.....

    Response from the owner

Jamie, sorry that you feel this way. The price is a straight forward price that was given to you several times in advance. You could have called other companies to get more pricing. The water heater we purchase from a plumbing supply is a lot more than $600, that is a Lowes price. You're not comparing apples to apples. You were told over many phone calls to keep trying to call on your warranty so you didn't have to purchase a new water heater at all. We do not control how quickly and responsive AO Smith is when it comes to warranties, especially being right after a holiday. We were extremely up front with you through the entire process. We hope you find a plumber that will meet your needs in the future.

Found a leaky pipe this morning and it's repaired and Oleg the gentleman that came out was so sweet and nice!! They were very helpful and the owners (I talked to 2 of them) were very nice and friendly. And being on social security they were very affordable replacing the pipe that was leaking in the joint. I wish there were 10 stars to give......

    Response from the owner

Kathy, thank you so much for the positive feedback here and over the phone!! We're so glad that we could get you back up and running! We appreciate your business!
