We had a sudden backup! And they fit me in same day! Very professional and explained the issue. We got the line unclogged! And I was educated on the use of of over the counter drain chemicals! Only use a safe enzymatic once a month! The harsh chemicals from the drain chemicals can cause damage to pipe connections!

    Response from the owner

Angie, thank you for the 5-star review! We’re glad we could fit you in the same day, get the line unclogged, and clearly explain what caused the backup. We also appreciate you mentioning the drain care tips. Helping customers understand how to protect their plumbing, not just clearing the immediate problem, is a big part of how we do things at West Side Drain & Septic. Thanks again for trusting our team!
