Wendland septic company installed my septic 2 years ago. Last week the septic backed up and flooded the guest bathroom. I called spoke with Amanda they sent a technician out immediately. Which I thought was great. Unfortunately since then I have not heard back from them after the technician went out. Not one update from the technician. They won’t answer my calls or respond to emails. Completely ghosted me. I was told from 2 different companies that one of the main line was installed wrong. Very disappointing.

Huge Thank You to Wendland Septic Company I want to personally thank Wendland Septic Company, not just for the extra work, but for the level of skill and professionalism they bring to what they do. Before choosing Wendland, I spoke with seven or eight different companies, and they were the only ones who showed up and, within literal minutes, had a real plan of action for our incredibly complicated septic project. We were dealing with a property that had no county records, just enough space to make things work, and a 100+ year old oak tree that everything had to be designed around.

Wendland Septic was absolutely amazing! I called them for an emergency at my son’s house, having never used them before, and they treated us like longtime customers. They showed up the very next day, were fast, professional, honest, and their pricing was incredible. Communication was so easy and efficient from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and genuine. I will definitely be using Wendland Septic again and recommending them to everyone I know!

Most reviews describe the company's ability to handle complicated projects, emergency calls, or work on occupied properties. Ian says he spoke with seven or eight different companies, but Wendland was the only one that showed up with a plan for a complicated septic project. Devon says two other companies failed to fix septic issues after Hurricane Milton, but Wendland answered the phone immediately and scheduled an appointment. Lykim, a property manager and realtor, says she has used the company for at least 20 septic and drainfield systems, including jobs that had to be finished before a sale closed. Kristina says she called for an emergency at her son's house and the company showed up the very next day.
